With almost 20 years of experience in Gas, Petroleum, Process, Communication Controls and Machine Controls. Joe has been a General Manager, Automation Manager, Supervising Manager of E&I Construction, and Commissioning Manager in charge of Automation divisions and QA/QC. Joe started in the Oil & Gas Automation industry with Techmation Electric and Controls in Drayton Valley, AB. From that position Joe moved on to develop the GlobalEye SCADA solution with GlobalFlow Inc. Acting as Automation, SCADA and Panel Fabrication manager. In 2007 Joe took a position with Simark Controls where he was able to work with other Automation professionals throughout Alberta and British Columbia gaining valuable industry experience. Lastly, Joe was the founding Manager of Independent Automation Solutions (a division of Independent Electric). Upon Joe's arrival at Surepoint Group he was the Automation Manager, followed by becoming the Automation & Commissioning Manager and finally , the General Manager. Joe is able to work with and understand process and control systems from every point view. Whether it is Electrical, Instrumentation, Financial, Automation or Budgetary. He can make it work and more importantly, work to its full potential.
